Crab Battle
The battle had been lost, but the Crab War had just begun!
You've been stranded for days.
Luckily, you were able to knock some sticks from the trees to signal for help.
Then, they came.
One by one, it happened to your friends.
Now, those sticks are the only thing protecting you.
You're not sure how much more you can take.
You can't hit the crabs with your hands, you need to pick up the sticks to do so. Stunned crabs can be picked up and thrown, and thrown crabs hurt other crabs. Trees can be hit with sticks or thrown objects to get more sticks.

If you're having performance issues with the WebGL version (or things fall through the ground), try the Windows downloadable version.
- WASD or L-stick to Move
- Mouse or R-stick to look
- LMB or L-trigger to use left hand
- RMB or R-trigger to use right hand
Made in a weekend for LD 50.
Some code and shaders pre-existing.

The graphics are very retro, I love the dithering between colors!
After getting Carcinization I couldn't press R anymore - or any other key except for Space.
There are more crab themed games in this game jam than I expected.

the shader was a bit disorienting at first, and i didn't know i could pick up the sticks either, but once i got it was a fun way to kill time
